Katchu is my kind of pokemon that I have made in 1999-2000 and still I love this little fellow ^_^
I have draw the background with Photoshop ( Thanks ~lionessb and ~ frederick777 for the handy tips you have giving to me

I hope only I get better in the Photoshop near the future
